The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but by their very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the website, the addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters related to the operating system and the user’s computer environment. Navigation data will be collected exclusively in the legitimate interest of allowing the user to enjoy the contents published on the Controller’s website and its correct administration and management. This data is stored for a short time and could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes against Wora. Data provided voluntarily by the user
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of electronic mail to the addresses indicated on this site involves the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message. OPTIONALITY OF DATA PROVISION
Apart from what is specified for navigation data and what is reported in the Cookie Policy, the user is free to provide personal data through communications. The failure, partial or incorrect release of data may prevent Wora from correctly fulfilling requests.
METHOD OF TREATMENT AND SUBJECTS AUTHORIZED TO THE TREATMENT
The processing related to the web services of this site (physically « hosted » on the Wix.com server located in the United States) takes place at the headquarters of the Data Controller. The control and custody of the information are managed by authorized personnel in charge of processing online requests. Occasionally, for exclusive technical reasons, authorized personnel who provide assistance to the site and the Data Controller’s computer systems may access the data. No data derived from web browsing is communicated or disseminated to additional third parties unless in compliance with legal obligations.

- METHOD OF DATA PROCESSING: The personal data you provide will be processed with IT tools in compliance with adequate technical and organizational security measures to prevent data loss, improper or incorrect use, and unauthorized access.
- CONSERVATION PERIOD: The collected data will be stored for the time necessary to fully process your request and to keep track of it in case of any developments, after which they may be deleted.
- RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY: Pursuant to Chapter III of the GDPR, the interested party always has the right to request from the Data Controller access to their data, rectification or deletion of the same, limitation of processing or the possibility of objecting to processing, to request data portability, to revoke (where it has been requested) consent to processing by asserting these and other rights provided for by the GDPR through a simple communication to the Data Controller.
