Store to Consumer

The store-to-consumer service consists of pickup in store and delivery by appointment; it is available in two ways:

  • Shop Portal: manual order entry by the retailer in Wora's booking form;
  • E-commerce Integration: when the customer chooses the "Wora Same Day" delivery method during the check-out phase, the order is automatically sent to Wora via API or plugin;

Wora contacts the final recipient via WhatsApp to schedule a one-hour delivery appointment. The service also includes real-time tracking (accessible via a link received on WhatsApp, without the need for the final customer to download an app or register).

Use case: Store to Consumer


The customer makes a purchase through one of the retailer’s channels (e.g., ecommerce, social media, telephone)


The retailer sends the request to Wora through the Shop Portal or via API/plug-in


Wora collects the order in store, warehouse or from the Wora dark store


Wora contacts the customer via WhatsApp to schedule the delivery appointment


Wora delivers the order to the end customer
